I just had the best experience buying a used car from Auto Connection in Lancaster, Pa. I live a little over an hour away, so I called to see if it was available. Han said that if the picture was on the site it was still there. I let him know I was coming and the car was ready when I got there. He gave me the fab and I took a test drive by myself. It was just what I was looking for. They have set prices, so no haggling, though he didn’t add any bogus fees other than the standard fees all cars have. I paid him and signed the papers. He held the car for me until the next day because I needed my son to drop me off. Han’s was great, no high pressure sales tactics an easy to deal with.

Amazing Experience! Love my new F-150. The way they handled everything was very easy, laid back, and professional. The process was seamless, and I appreciate Hans for being patient with me throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My man Greg made buying a car extremely smooth and easy! I am so happy I went with Auto Connection. I walked out with a BMW and I absolutely love it. Greg didn't make me feel pressured to buy and was very kind in letting me take my time with the car before I purchased it. I've never enjoyed the process of buying a car until yesterday. I had a great experience with Hans. He was extremely helpful and his no pressure approach was what swayed my decision to go with Auto Connections for my new car as opposed to other dealers I visited. He was up front right from the start and extremely helpful. He listened to what I had to say and did everything he needed to to keep my in my price point for payments. I have nothing by great things to say about the experience Thank you!
