What a pleasant experience buying a car from Auto Connection! Hans and Jeremy made the whole thing so easy for an out of state buyer. All the necessary paperwork to pick up the car was ready and a big thank you for Jeremy going out of his way to pick us up at the Lancaster airport on our arrival. A first class, excellent operation.

I bought my Toyota 4Runner from them using an online platform. The vehicle was brought directly to my house from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire within days of finalizing the purchase. When the vehicle arrived I was disappointed to find out that the interior was filthy and had an odd smell. Also found out the drivers door had a broken electrical component that prevented it from locking from the key fob or button inside the door. The manager/owner? called me almost immediately after I sent in pictures and made them aware of the situation. They were incredibly apologetic and understanding of the situation and made it right 100%! I didn’t have to fight for them to do the right thing and pay for a proper detail and fix the door. A+ customer service on their part and I am so happy with my new rig. Thank you to the whole Auto Connection team for making this online vehicle purchase as stress free as possible considering the circumstances.

Bought a vehicle that didn't come with a wheel lock to remove wheels, did not pass inspection without repairs and broke down in the first week of driving it. I was told I will get half the repairs paid back, which I think is fair for a used vehicle. Otherwise, it runs good and so far so good. Thank you !
