Let me start by saying this is my second time at a dealer. First time took me 4 hours to get the car and severe anxiety due the loan pressure and haggling. This is the second car I got from a dealer (I’m a marketplace guy) and Greg was top notch. We walked in, said we wanted to look at the jeep. Threw me and my Mrs the keys and said have fun. After 30 min of test driving we loved it, sat down went over the numbers came back the next day and within 15 minutes we had the keys. Greg didn’t even ask me about financing or pressure me. I already had pre approval and he was astonished when he heard my rate and didn’t even attempt to convince or suede me into going through them for financing. It took me and the Mrs longer to test drive the car than it did to sit down and do the paperwork with Greg. Next car we get we’re coming here. Greg, 10/10 all star and deserves all the recommendation and recognition.

Greg was so kind and helpful! He was patient and didn't push us into anything. It was a small and quiet dealer and you felt like you were well taken care of. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Purchased an EV and was very happy with my experience. Gary was super helpful, patient, professional, all around a good guy. He also followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I will consider Auto Connection first when shopping for my next used car or if someone asks me where they should go for one

I was in the market for another car and came across Auto Connection of Lancaster on social media. I checked out their inventory and saw an SUV that I had been searching for that outshined other comps so I had to check it out. Mind you car shopping is the number one of the worst things I like to do next to going to the dentist lol. I gotta say Hans made the process easy with 0 pressure. I walked away feeling good about my purchase. Thanks again, Hans!

Got a good deal on a 2015 Tacoma base V6 4x4.. Hans made the process easy and gave me a good trade in value for a 2011 Highlander. Great little truck.
